Everyone is different, and a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. We are here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.
Monthly Training - $80 Monthly
Mon, Wed, & Thur 5pm or 6pm
Working out in a group is a guarantee to good results. Help each other in taking the next step to getting moving and more fit, reach your weight loss goal, or train for a race. Training will be multi level and progressive with the goal of increasing everyone's skills. Groups can be as small as 3-4 people or as large as 8-10!
Drop In - $15 Per Session
1 hour Mon, Wed, & Thur 5pm or 6pm
If you are unable to make it to each class, you can pay the drop in rate each day that you would like to be there. We encourage you to be part of the monthly program to ensure that you are achieving what your goal is. However not everyone is able to do this, so we work to accomodate the best that we can by offering different classes to meet your needs.
Private 1 on 1 Training - $25 Per Session
